We are happy to provide sanitary pad samples free of charge, but courier fees must be covered by the customer. You may either provide your DHL or FedEx account for collection, or we can arrange shipment on your behalf.

NB (New Born) Size 1: Designed for newborn babies with smaller size, the first few weeks only, 8-12 diapers per day.
Small Size (Size 2): Designed for 8-14 lbs (3-6kgs) of baby weight, it is usually used 2-3 month to jump to use Size M.
Medium size (Size 3): This Medium size used last longer, for baby weight 12-18 lbs (6-9kgs), it can use several months, is the most quantities in the order for some countries, especially for Africa market, they use to buy more M in their order.
Large Size (Size 4): Same as Medium, can use longer, from 6-12 month, it depends on the baby weight, about 16-28 lbs (9-13 kgs), L size always higher absorbent requirement. Some South America market need more of size L compare to other size.
XL size (Size 5): Designed for 22-37 lbs (up to 13 kgs), not much quantities required in the market, due to the baby grow up and more active, some mother will prepare pull up for their baby.

What are Disposable baby diaper products really made of? This is a commonly asked question and we want to make you sure you have the answers on what ingredients and materials are in products, so you can feel confident in the safety of our products! Most Disposable baby diaper are made with the following basic components:
Topsheet
It is the main top sheet, the top surface that is in contact with skin. It allows the liquids to flow into the sanitary pad core. With different surfactant treatment used in the process. More than 10 kinds of treatment avaiable for the topsheet and in different raw materials
Acquisition and Distribution Layer (ADL)
It is a sub layer used between the top sheet and the absorbent core. Sometimes used in full length, but mostly preferred as a patch near the target zone where urine is most likely to be deposited. The ADL helps rapidly direct the liquid toward the core matrix after insult, as well as distribute the liquid across the whole core area to maximize core utilization.
Cellulose (fluff pulp)
Used in the construction of the pad, Cellulose comes from pine trees, generally obtained from well managed forests. Fluff is found at the center of the core, in a ratio with SAP (i.e., 50/50 or 30/70). It is typically composed of cellulose from trees and helps with rapid absorption and distribution of fluid.
Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP)
With its abbreviation SAP, It is typically used in fine granular form (like table salt). This polymer is usually combined with fluff to create the core matrix It helps improve capacity for better retention in a disposable sanitary pad, allowing the product to be thinner with improved performance and less usage of pine fluff pulp.
Backsheet
This is used as the back sheet that prevents the liquids from leaking out of the pad, it can be breathable and unbreathable. Also can use as wrapping film, keep the pad clean and avoid the pad gets damp.
Adhesive
They are used to glue the different components of the pad, such as the core and the back position adhesive(release paper). Most of the times two types of adhesives are used
Packing
It can be customized as per buyer’s logo and prefered design, the most economic is the PE packing; Aluminium foil bag which is resealable but double cost than PE bag; Some countries also like to use zipper bags; Paper boxes are generally used for environmentally friendly products such as organic cotton and bamboo sanitary napkins.

Do you offer free shipping for sample order ?
Unfortunately, no. You will have to pay a small fee for shipping while samples are free. You can either give us your DHL or Fedex account or send us the shipping cost by TT to our account. When you place the order, this amount will deduct from the order.
How long does it take for me to receive the goods that I've ordered?
Usually within 3 weeks if no customization of the products, for private label needs another 7-10 days for making molds, but It may take up to 60 working days if the shipping company stock in trouble.
Can you replace products that are damaged during shipping?
It happens on rare occasions because we ensure that all our products are well-packaged before being shipped.
But in case it does, please contact customer care on the website. They will guide you and advise you accordingly.Is there an extra cost for Private label?
Yes, it did. Due to we need to do the packing as per your own design or pieces of each bag, and with your logo, it will need to make molds for printing your customized bag which needs to pay the costs about USD80/color-USD150/color each size, it depend on the size of the bag. But this cost returnable after you reach a level of quantities.
What am I supposed to do if my wholesale order delays?
If your order is late for more than a week, email AGREE customer care on the website to be assisted further.
Kindly note that sometimes the orders can delay because of unavoidable circumstances. Just be patient and we will let you know if there is a valid reason for the delay.What will be the MOQ if I want my own private label?
1*40HQ for mixed three sizes. If not reach the MOQ, buyer needs to pay a storage cost for the remain packages bag materials and the amount will deduct in buyer’s next order.
