How we test the absorbent of adult diaper?
There are several methods used to control the quality of disposable diapers, and most of these relate to the product’s absorbency. One key is to make sure the polymer/fiber ratio in the absorbent pad is correct. Too much variation will impact the diaper’s ability to soak up moisture. Industry trial and error has shown that for optimal performance and cost, the fiber to particle ratio should be about 75:25 to 90:10. Even more critical than this ratio are the size and distribution of these particles. It has been established that particles with mass median particle size greater than or equal to about 400 microns work very well with the fibers to enhance the rate at which the fluid is transported away from the body. If the particles vary much outside this range, gel blocking may occur.
Other quality control factors besides absorbency are related to the diaper’s fit and comfort. Particular attention must be paid to the melt characteristics of the nonwoven fabrics used to form the diaper’s shell. If materials with different melting points are used, the material that melts the quickest may become too soft and stick to the assembly apparatus. When the fabric is pulled off it may be left with a rough surface that is uncomfortable to the user. Finally, the alignment of the components must be carefully checked or leakage may result.

Design Fee

We don’t charge for sample’s fee of our regular products, but if you need a specific sample as per your specification, then you need to pay accordingly
Storage Fee
This cost usually for the less MOQ, since all private label is with a MOQ requirement, if not reach the MOQ, there is a storage cost
30% T/T Fee
This amount is to confirm the order, usually 30% as a deposit
70% Final Fee
Complete your payment within a certain period and receive the products you ordered for.

The goods will sail on the sea. The time depend on the countries port, when the goods arrived at destination port, you can prepare the custom clearance to get the container

Confirm the packing design

Making Mold
From the picture that comes to packing, it need make metal mold that can print the design on our packing, it usually takes 7-10days, but it only request in first time order
Color checking
After ready the mold, we should check the color when printing the bag, it can have little different as per the different raw materials of bag, such as PE, Aluminum foil bag or paper box
Prepare raw materials
Some private label takes more, such as the backsheet, release paper, individul lap that can be designed with logo or brand name, other general raw materials are prepared fast, takes 7-10days, maxium 15days in busy season
Disinfection of raw materials
All raw materials must be prepared advance for disinfection before install on the machine to start production.
Start Production

What are the components of a typical disposable adult diaper ?
Most Disposable Adult Diaper are made with the following basic components:
Topsheet
It is the main top sheet, the top surface that is in contact with skin. It allows the liquids to flow into the sanitary pad core. With different surfactant treatment used in the process. More than 10 kinds of treatment avaiable for the topsheet and in different raw materials
Cellulose (fluff pulp)
Used in the construction of the pad, Cellulose comes from pine trees, generally obtained from well managed forests. Fluff is found at the center of the core, in a ratio with SAP (i.e., 50/50 or 30/70). It is typically composed of cellulose from trees and helps with rapid absorption and distribution of fluid.
Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP)
With its abbreviation SAP, It is typically used in fine granular form (like table salt). This polymer is usually combined with fluff to create the core matrix It helps improve capacity for better retention in a disposable sanitary pad, allowing the product to be thinner with improved performance and less usage of pine fluff pulp.
Backsheet
This is used as the back sheet that prevents the liquids from leaking out of the pad, it can be breathable and unbreathable. Also can use as wrapping film, keep the pad clean and avoid the pad gets damp.
Adhesive
They are used to glue the different components of the pad, such as the core and the back position adhesive(release paper). Most of the times two types of adhesives are used
Packing
It can be customized as per buyer’s logo and prefered design, the most economic is the PE packing; Aluminium foil bag which is resealable but double cost than PE bag; Some countries also like to use zipper bags; Paper boxes are generally used for environmentally friendly products such as organic cotton and bamboo sanitary napkins.

Do you offer free shipping for sample order ?
Unfortunately, no. You will have to pay a small fee for shipping while samples are free. You can either give us your DHL or Fedex account or send us the shipping cost by TT to our account. When you place the order, this amount will deduct from the order.
How long does it take for me to receive the goods that I've ordered?
Usually within 3 weeks if no customization of the products, for private label needs another 7-10 days for making molds, but It may take up to 60 working days if the shipping company stock in trouble.
Can you replace products that are damaged during shipping?
It happens on rare occasions because we ensure that all our products are well-packaged before being shipped.
But in case it does, please contact customer care on the website. They will guide you and advise you accordingly.
Is there an extra cost for Private label?
Yes, it did. Due to we need to do the packing as per your own design or pieces of each bag, and with your logo, it will need to make molds for printing your customized bag which needs to pay the costs about USD120/color each size, it will depend on the bag size.
What am I supposed to do if my wholesale order delays?
If your order is late for more than a week, email AGREE customer care on the website to be assisted further.
Kindly note that sometimes the orders can delay because of unavoidable circumstances. Just be patient and we will let you know if there is a valid reason for the delay.
What will be the MOQ if I want my own private label?
The MOQ will be 1x40HQ, about 70000pcs for Adult diaper, you can mixed 2 sizes into a container. It’s usually packed with 10pcs per bag, and outer packing with transparent bag, by this way, can load more quantities into the container, especially now the shipping freight very high, it’s a great saving.
